Eleanor Falkiner is a primary producer and infrastructure engagement specialist based in Central West NSW, with extensive experience living and working throughout Australia and internationally. With over 15 years of experience in large corporate agribusinesses, State and Federal Government bodies, and community groups, she excels in community and regional development, focusing on communications and stakeholder engagement. Eleanor serves as a Board Member for Regional Development Australia Central West, a not-for-profit promoting sustainable growth in partnership with governments and local communities. She co-owns Boridgeree Farming Pty Ltd, managing sales strategies, marketing, animal health, budget, and human resources for their prime hay, sheep, and wool production. Her notable roles include leading stakeholder engagement for Inland Rail's Stockinbingal to Parkes project and senior positions with Transport for NSW, the NSW Environment Protection Authority, and the Australian Agricultural Company, where she developed comprehensive communication strategies.
