Jillian Kilby

Jillian Kilby has more than 15 years of experience in engineering, management, public policy and leadership positions both in Australia and the USA. Unique for having boots-on-the-ground in regional NSW while also advising clients in California, Jillian's infrastructure advisory business focuses on getting projects shovel ready. Jillian is a Sir John Monash Scholar who studied at Stanford University, after which, she made the conscious choice to serve the infrastructure needs of Local Councils and Joint Organisations of Councils in regional NSW.
