John Foulsham

John is a trained Property Valuer and Land Economy with over 45 years experience in the Real Estate and the Property Industry. He is a retired Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and Licenced Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. John’s wide experience in the property industry involves leading large-scale developments, acquisitions, disposals, and management across commercial, industrial, and retail projects. Working with ASX listed Companies, John has gained considerable experience in the structuring and management of Real Estate Property Trusts in Australia, Japan, UK, and USA. He is currently engaged in private consultancy and the active management of his personal rural property following retirement from the corporate scene.
