Shane Kilby

Shane is a highly self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to lifelong learning. Through Shane’s personal farming experiences and her role as Chair of Governance Committee and Board Member for NSW Farmers Association, has provided her valuable insights into the challenges faced by producers in the agricultural industry. Shane currently resides in Dubbo, where she runs Black Angus cattle. Prior to owning a property in Dubbo, Shane and her husband produced wool, fat lambs, grains and beef near Coonamble in northwest NSW. Shane draws upon her significant expertise in vocational training, developed through her work as a Head Teacher for TAFE NSW. Shane holds formal qualifications, including a Bachelor of Economics, Diploma of Education, and a Diploma of Management, which further enhance her expertise and contribute to her strong values and ambitious goals for the future. With her vast experiences, dedication to learning, and commitment to excellence, Shane is poised to assist her clients and pursue further growth and success.
