Description

The Stable Group (TSG) was the first organisation PCYC NSW had externally commissioned to devise an engagement strategy for their new $23 million facility in Wagga Wagga. Leveraging established networks, TSG actively engaged with sector representatives, local businesses, government groups and youth to not only increase awareness but also gather feedback and insights that led to the identification of revenue-generating opportunities (sponsorships, joint venture grant applications, partnerships, and donations). This successful project expanded TSG’s collaboration with PCYC, extending to their facility development in Port Macquarie and Dubbo.
